Primary Responsibitity
- Plan, develop and accept operational plans.
- Coordinate with related departments in the company to make a complete quotation, plan an event in accordance with the requirements & budget of the customer.
- Work and negotiate with production units, suppliers to calculate the implementation budget.
- Manage all event information such as decoration, catering, shows, logistics, locations, tools, etc.
- Manage, take responsibility & monitor the progress and quality of the project, ensuring optimal efficiency within the approved budget.
- Monitor & report results
- Manage operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently;
- Manage work items. Allocate project personnel, motivate, guide and support team members.
- Advise, propose, build an effective internal team
- Other jobs as assigned and requested by the Board of Directors
- Report weekly and monthly work to management.
